After a year's hiatus from the physical world, International Master Course on Aging Science (IMCAS) returns home (in person!) to Paris for the gathering of the best in dermatology, plastic surgery and ageing science.
The world's top speakers, delegates and partners in the field of aesthetics will gather together on 3–5 June 2022 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris for the much-anticipated 23rd edition of the IMCAS World Congress. The congress will have new sanitary measures in place to ensure the safety of the participants on site, along with the possibility to live stream the full event online.
The prestigious congress offers innovative and in-depth learning opportunities for all aesthetic practitioners. This year's scientific programme
This year, the scientific programme includes brand-new elements designed to help delegates refine their medical knowledge and treatment techniques in 2022. Some of the major focuses will be ultrasonography as an essential ally for aesthetic procedures; the latest trends and innovations in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics; updates on how to manage complications; and understanding female and male patients in 2022 and beyond.
Starting off the conference on Friday, day one is the ever-popular anatomy on cadaver workshops, which combine live cadaver dissections and patient demonstrations, so delegates can see the anatomy on one hand and the procedure on the other. The first day also puts the spotlight on threads, starting from combined techniques to new limits and complications management for different types of threads.
On Saturday (day two), delegates will have the opportunity to interact with the world leaders of the aesthetic market during the IMCAS Global Market Summit, an assembly of three fascinating sessions for a vision of the market like never before. The last day (day three), will cover how AI and robotics are already changing practice during the dedicated sessions, and attendees can discover what awaits in the future of aesthetics during sessions on new technology. There will also be a series of sessions specifically dedicated to botulinum toxins, including new approaches to facial treatments and new types of toxins that are being released in 2022.
Last but not least, visitors can stroll through the exhibition that will take place on all three days of the conference.
